By making a reservation with Lourença Stays, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid card guarantee, depending on the selected rate.

2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

3. Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

4. Pets
Pets are allowed upon request. A one-time fee per stay applies.

5. Damage & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged if necessary.

6. Noise & Respect
Quiet hours must be respected. Parties and events are not permitted.

7. Cleaning
A cleaning fee applies per stay. The property must be left in reasonable condition.

8. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.

Lourença Stays reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of breach of these conditions.
